Boulders Mobile Home Park A 3 mobile home park project in Palmdale California This project covered utility mapping for 3 mobile home parks; review and analyze existing utilities and make recommen-dations for upgrades. Project required CDBG funding and wage requirements. We located all surface and sub-surface utilities by either surveying, underground detection, or by existing mapping. The information was used to develop a CAD and GIS map and database that could be used both by City staff and park maintenance staff for future improvements, tracking, and maintenance. The final dataset consisted of property boundary, contours, trailer outlines, and all locatable utilities in AutoCAD, ArcView, and database formats. |
